Planters Ridge Patio

You decide – the view from our patio has been compared to the rolling hills of Tuscany – especially on a warm summer’s evening as the sun is setting behind the North Mountain. Planters Ridge Tasting Room
Watch the sunset, or see an eagle soar over the vineyard from the ten-foot windows of our tasting room. Hold your dinner party in the only barrel cellar of its kind in Nova Scotia. Our glass-door enclosed cellar surrounded by original 155-year-old stone foundation wall provides the perfect conditions for aging our red wines in oak barrels.. Devour! Studios in Wolfville, Nova Scotia, is a vibrant culinary and cultural hub housed in a renovated 7,000 sq. ft. apple warehouse. Al Whittle Theatre
This soft-seat venue features 160 comfortable seats, each with a prime view of both stage and screen! In addition to a 16′ by 30′ projection screen, stylish black drapes, a 26′ x 40′ sprung wooden stage floor, and nice gear for live sound production, the theatre also features a complete Dolby Digital 5.1 cinema sound system, and some very swinging, state-of-the-art acoustical wall panels. There’s even a place (on every seat!) to put your favourite hot or cold beverage, which can be purchased from the Just Us Café, conveniently located in front of the theatre lobby.
Brigadoon Village Dave’s Place
Dave’s Place is at the heart of camp. This building is fully accessible and open year-round. It can accommodate up to 100 people inside and 50 people on the outdoor stage. Dave’s Place is made up of three smaller program areas including an arts & crafts building, a pottery studio with a wheel and kiln, and a music room with acoustic treatment. The space includes accessible washrooms, and the outdoor stage is ready to amplify sound for any event you’d like.
Dave’s Place can be used as a program space, meeting space, or large outdoor gathering.

Brigadoon Village Dining Hall
This large indoor meeting space can accommodate up to 160 people inside and 50 people on the outdoor deck. Seating can accommodate family-style dining or conference-style setups. The space includes accessible washrooms and a projector screen with sound.
The Dining Hall can be used for large meals, program space, meeting space, or large indoor gatherings.

Brigadoon Village Group Accommodations
Our large cabins are modern group accommodation spaces each with 5 rooms with 6 beds within each room, 4 private bathrooms with showers, a large common area with seating, tea + coffee machines and a small fridge, electric heat and heat pumps.
Each cabin can host up to 30 people and there are 5 of these cabins in total (2 of which are winterized).

Brigadoon Village Campsite
Our campsite provides a tent camping experience in a beautiful, forested area. It’s designed to be a self-contained, off-grid site for groups that can create an enriching experience that encourages connection, collaboration, and personal growth. The entire site is located down an accessible trail and surrounded by trees and water, a private campsite without being deep in the wildnerness.

Brigadoon Village Campfire Circle
Our campfire circle is a unique meeting and gathering space at The Village. With amphitheatre-style seating for up to 160, the campfire circle can accommodate either a performance, meeting, or social gathering.
It’s also close to our large swim dock, making it the perfect place to warm up after an evening dip in the lake.

Horton Ridge Taproom
Make yourself at home in our beautiful taproom. Lots of warm wood elements will make you feel comfortable. Our staff will gladly tell you about our organic craft beers; those that we have made ourselves in our on-site brewery using our own malts, and our guest taps of beers made by our malt customers. You can see our malt floor from our taproom to witness the magical transformation of grain to malt. The views from our taproom windows do not disappoint.

Benjamin Bridge Barrel Room
Through multiple glassed archways from the main room lies the home of our treasured traditional méthode sparkling wine, in handcrafted French oak barrels grown in the world famous Troncais forest. Its atmosphere and surroundings create an ideal space for a workshop, team building exercise, or cocktail-hour. This space accommodates 80 people standing or 40 people seated.

Benjamin Bridge
may also be rented out. Our spaces can be rented by the hour (with a minimum of 3 hours) or by the day. In addition to the venue rental cost, Benjamin Bridge offers clients complimentary event planning. Benjamin Bridge will contract for any third-party event services the client requires on your behalf. There are no mark-ups on these costs and the client sees the detailed billing from the event service provider.

An elegant private tasting room is our hidden gem and opens onto an intimate private patio. With vaulted, wood ceiling, statement chandelier, and a reclaimed, locally crafted oak table, this space perfectly conveys Benjamin Bridge’s sense of self. Its drop screen provides audio-visual technology, great for training sessions, presentations or a curated tasting experience. This space accommodates up to 8 people.
