Connector Program Coordinator:
Connector Program will link qualified participants (Connectees) in the Annapolis Valley region with local business persons or government leaders (Connectors) who will volunteer their time to meet with participants and help them build their professional networks and secure meaningful employment. It is the intention of this program to support Nova Scotians with a specific focus on Recent Graduates, including international Graduates, Students who are approaching graduation and entering the labour force, the under/unemployed and Newcomers to connect them with employers in their field of work.
Economic Development Officer:
The primary role of this position is to enable the Valley Regional Enterprise Network team to be proactive to position the organization ahead of the curve in its vision and approach as it engages in dynamic, collaborative, partnership-driven initiatives that will create measurable growth in sustainable economic development within the Annapolis Valley. This position works closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Economic Development Officer, Strategic Initiatives to provide support to funding and community partners and businesses by building and delivering resources and solutions to address key areas.
