Continuous Improvement – The Valley REN

The Valley REN is offering a Continuous Improvement Session for manufacturers and production on January 20, 2023. Gary Cox from Barrington Consulting will facilitate this session based on awareness.
The Awareness session focuses on the importance of continuous improvement and introduces the processes used, such as Lean Manufacturing. The introductory single-day workshop will lay the foundation to make an organization work and perform more efficiently. It will provide awareness of Lean Six Sigma through theory. It will also offer a hands-on simulation where participants are divided into teams and simulate a manufacturing environment.
