The Annapolis Valley Chamber Trivia Belated Birthday Bash

Well, well, well… Last night was a fun one. The Little Chits from Horton Ridge Malthouse almost took home the win again! Tied for first with the Valley Regional Enterprise Network team, it came down to a game of chance, a roll of two (giant) dice to determine who won the big prize, gift cards from some of our Chamber member’s local shops, and other local goodies. Second place received a tasting from Lucketts Vineyards and third place, Trivial at Best, won some delicious beverages from Horton Ridge Malthouse.

It was a fun evening, filled with a variety of questions, some we knew, some… not so much, regardless, there were lots of laughs.

We want to send a huge thank you to Jeremy Mott from Luckett Vineyards for Hosting, Luckett Vineyards for providing some delicious snacks, Horton Ridge Malthouse for, as always, being the best hosts, and all of YOU, the teams that participated. Stay tuned for some more fun Chamber events this year!

If you liked Jeremy’s Trivia as much as we did or missed out on the opportunity to participate last night, Jeremy hosts trivia every Tuesday at Horton Ridge, so keep an eye on their socials for the next theme!

As the operator of a small business it’s a wonderful gift to have the educational support of my local Chamber of Commerce. The Annapolis Valley Chamber of Commerce offers of wide variety of classes to enhance the skills and connect entrepreneurs, managers and employees in Kings County area. Working from home alone without other professionals to spring board ideas off of can be isolating, and can make starting a new venture stressful. I feel that as a new business owner I’ve immensely benefit form the courses offered through the AVCC. Rick McMullen is an insightful, and engaging instructor who uses a humorous approach that gets the classroom to open up and discuss challenging issues. I would highly recommend the AVCC courses to all entrepreneurs and business operators as a great way to improve your skills and expand your network.
