Co-working & Boardroom Request Form

Please complete the rental form below. Once we have processed your request, you will receive a confirmation email. We take registrations on a first-come, first-served basis. We prioritize booking for the Hub’s host organizations (AVCC, CBDC, & Valley REN), followed by our co-working rentals.

If you wish to book the space outside of our office hours (Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm) please identify the time slot you are looking for in the additional comments section. All requests outside of office hours are subject to approval.

If booking the boardroom, please provide a brief description of the event/function in the additional comments section.
